Pop susperstar Beyonce made her first post-baby appearance in New York on Monday Night at Jay z's concert.Bey looked stunning in a red ruched Alice Temperly dress and Christian Louboutin pumps as Jay-Z performed at a charity concert which took place at Carnegie Hall . The veteran rapper performed his latest hit, "Glory," about his 1-month-old daughter 'Blue Ivy carter' with Beyonce.
